Requirements
- Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.
- Relevant experience in a large resort.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and cleans balcony.
- Works with Engineering department to maintain condition/quality of balconies.
- Reports all maintenance problems as needed.
- Notifies supervisor when a shortage of supplies is noticed.
- Recognizes and uses appropriate cleaning chemicals.
- Turns in articles left in rooms to management for “Lost and Found” handling, following hotel procedures.
- Assists with projects as needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
