About The Position

At The Killer Brownie® Company, members of the Baking Team craft dessert masterpieces with high-quality ingredients and state of the art equipment. Following precise recipes, they prepare gourmet batter and signature caramel before loading our bestselling brownies into the ovens. As a member of the team, you’ll help create joyful brownie experiences for millions of customers across North America!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and literacy
• Able to work as part of a team
• Able to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing)
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60lbs
• Able to reach, bend, pull, and push
• Able to work 10-hour shifts, starting at 5:30am, with Saturday availability
• Food safety knowledge
• Previous food industry experience

Responsibilities

• Lift and handle ingredients
• Stage and weigh ingredients
• Spread brownie batter
• Create caramel
• Rack brownies coming off conveyor
• Push and pull large racks of brownies
• Operate ovens
• Promote a safe work environment and adhere to food safety practices
• Maintain high performance and commitment to quality
• Follow production instructions on Killer Brownie® recipes and other related documents
• Assist in maintaining production processes with an eye for improvement
• Assist in receiving ingredients and managing inventory
