About The Position

We are a brand-new Nothing Bundt Cakes location currently being built in Eastvale . Our bakery is expected to open in late April , and we are excited to begin building our team ahead of our grand opening. This is an entry-level, part-time position with an expected schedule of approximately 20–30 hours per week . Candidates must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays . Job Summary The Bakery Team Member plays a key role in supporting the efficient daily operations of the bakery. Responsibilities include assisting with baking a variety of menu items, frosting and decorating cakes, crafting cake orders, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role reflects NbC’s core values and requires a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic Math Skills: Necessary for measuring ingredients, taking inventory, and cash handling.
• Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods or when multiple orders need to be fulfilled simultaneously.
• Teamwork: Collaboration and the ability to work well as part of a team are important in a bakery setting.
• Comfortable with new technology and has the ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Employees should be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor is necessary.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform a variety of tasks including cashiering, cake crafting, frosting, dishwashing, and baking as needed.
• Attention to detail is needed when following recipes, reading tickets, and decorating cakes.
• Effective communication with coworkers, supervisors, and customers is essential for ensuring smooth operations and meeting customer needs.
• Employees will be expected to clean work areas, equipment, and utensils regularly.
