About The Position
The Fresh Market is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bakery Team Members to join our team. Our mission is to make everyday eating extraordinary for our guests, and we are looking for individuals who are committed to helping us deliver on this mission. As a Bakery Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End. This role is essential in providing excellent guest service and creating a hospitable shopping experience for our customers. In this position, you will engage with guests to understand their wants and needs, assisting them in creating meal solutions. You will maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store, working collaboratively across departments to ensure guests receive the best service possible. Your responsibilities will also include merchandising and stocking products and specialty items, ensuring that the shopping environment is clean and welcoming. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store. To succeed in this role, you must present yourself in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards, and be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
