About The Position

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking Bakery Team Members for year-round, non-seasonal employment at our Fairlawn location. Team members may be hired as Bakers, Utility/Dishwasher/Bake Assist, Cake Frosters, or Joy Creators/Guest Services Representatives, or a combination of these roles. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Makes cake frosting and frosts all cakes according to established standards and time guidelines.
• Keeps the frosting station clean, sanitized, and running efficiently.
• Assists guests placing phone orders.
• Introduces walk-in guests to our bakery and our products with a guest tour.
• Operates & balances point of sale (POS) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Bakes cakes in all sizes and flavors by diligently following established recipes.
• Tracks inventory and communicates baking material needs to management.
• Washes dishes from the Baking and Frosting departments and keeps the bakery clean.
