About The Position

SusieCakes is currently looking to hire a Bakery Sales Lead for our location at our Preston Center location in Dallas. We are seeking someone that has experience overseeing a retail/restaurant team for at least 2 years, a passion for creating a great guest experience, and loves to train & develop team members. Previous management roles within the food service industry and a consistent track record of employment history are also important. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow their own career. This is a great opportunity to join a wonderful company as we are in expansion mode for the next few years. Pay range is $17-$19, with HR tips averaging $2-$3.

Requirements

• Experience overseeing a retail/restaurant team for at least 2 years
• Two years of experience in a customer service environment preferred
• Previous quick service food handling experience in either the hospitality or food and beverage industry a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs
• Must have reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive guest and team member experience
• Responding & addressing guests who are dissatisfied with service and/or product
• Communicating to the team product offerings, new company initiatives, and general updates about the bakery
• Driving product sales by creating a strong partnership with culinary team to make sure the guest experience is above expectations
• Managing daily communication log
• Meal breaks
