Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and informing them of specials and product information.
• Promote sales through active discussions with guests, offering product recommendations and samples.
• Mentor new associates and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and correctly, including ovens, slicers, and fryers.
• Complete special order requests from guests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery department.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of bakery products and services.
• Physical ability to perform tasks safely and efficiently.

• Experience in a bakery or food service environment.
