Responsibilities

• Execute assigned manual labor tasks involving grasping, lifting, moving, placing, and stacking items related to production processes.
• Identify, count, sort, and visually inspect bakery items.
• Accurately record product analysis data or counts as required by SQF Food Safety Procedures.
• Maintain workflow from production conveyors.
• Read orders and load trays of bakery products onto transport racks or pallets according to specified orders.
