As a Bakery Production Staff member, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods including bread, cakes, and pastries based on customer orders. Your duties will include mixing dough, preparing fillings, controlling fermentation and baking times, and decorating finished products. You will also ensure product quality, manage inventory levels, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area. Additionally, you will be expected to assist customers with their inquiries.
