The position involves preparing a variety of baked goods including bread, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pastries, chocolates, and desserts according to established recipes. The role requires checking the production schedule to determine the variety and quantity of goods to produce, measuring and mixing ingredients, and adjusting oven temperatures for optimal baking. The individual will follow the guidelines set forth by the Pastry Chef and must be available to work any shift assigned. Responsibilities also include assisting in the preparation of items needed for daily operations, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, and ensuring effective communication with supervisors and fellow employees.
