Sets and maintains pace of line to ensure production quota is reached. Maintains quality of product on production line. Sets and maintains pace of line to ensure production quota is reached. Maintains quality of product on production line. Reports production line flow problems with supervisor. Prepares ingredients for next day’s scheduled product run. Maintains cleanliness of work station during production. Ensure formula sheets are filled out and temperatures are recorded. Informs supervisor of equipment malfunction in a timely manner. Cleans and sterilizes equipment at end of each day. Unloads products and ingredients into refrigeration or freezer units. Sorts and organizes products in storage areas. Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required. Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
