Position Details: Full-Time Rotating: Mon-Sat 7:00 am- 8:00 pm, Sun: 10:00 am- 5:00 pm Pay Rate: Salary $30,000 + DOE Paid Time-Off Accrued Annually Health Insurance (or stipend) Monthly Cell Phone Reimbursement ($50) Position Summary: The Bakery Manager is the In-Bakery Operator, responsible for day-to-day operations. Primary Responsibilities include: Staffing, Baking Production, Customer Service, Budget Management, Marketing and Community Involvement, Food Safety and Compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years Management Experience Preferred
  • Food Safety Manager Certification
  • Current Train and Be Fully Proficient in Every Bakery Position
  • Ability Lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to Be on Feet 8-10 Hours Per Day
  • Be On-Call for Bakery as Designated
  • Maintain Good Driving Record for Deliveries
  • Have Holiday Availability: New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
  • Ability to Attend Offsite Events
  • Possess a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Has integrity and genuine care for others’ needs.
  • Takes initiative.

  • Outgoing and friendly personality

  • Management Shifts: Daily Operations, Cash Management/Bank Deposits, Assist with Inventory/OrderingStaff Huddles, Employee Information Board
