  • Ability to read and follow recipes, instructions, and operational guidelines

  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Compliance with company grooming, uniform, and conduct standards
  • Ability to work in a temperature‑controlled retail environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions
  • Hourly position eligible for performance‑based bonuses

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day‑to‑day bakery operations to ensure efficient production and high product quality
  • Plan daily and weekly bakery production, staffing, and scheduling
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop bakery team members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and actively engage with customers about bakery products
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local food safety regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bakery work and display area
  • Support sales through product presentation, promotions, sampling, and special orders
  • Oversee quality control for baked goods and bakery services
