Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Bakery department, ensuring smooth workflow and product availability.
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and support bakery associates to drive performance and engagement.
  • Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules to meet sales demand and quality standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively assisting customers and promoting bakery products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local food safety and employee safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards for product quality, freshness, merchandising, and department cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and record‑keeping to support efficient operations.
  • Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products, including breads, pastries, desserts, and decorated cakes.
