About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bakery Manager to oversee daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or restaurant management within the food industry
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and staff training abilities
  • Skilled in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety standards
  • Experience in supervising fast-paced environments such as quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management
  • Culinary experience with a focus on bakery products is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives
  • Knowledge of food handling regulations, catering, or banquet experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily bakery operations, including food preparation, baking, and presentation standards
  • Manage staff training, development, and scheduling to ensure efficient shift coverage
  • Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels using POS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
  • Maintain quality control to uphold product consistency and freshness
  • Coordinate with vendors for ingredient procurement and manage delivery schedules
  • Assist in menu planning and product development to meet customer preferences
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
  • Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive team environment
