The Bakery Manager will oversee both our 3rd shift bread production and 4am day shift pastry & dessert teams . This role combines leadership in both baking and administrative responsibilities, focusing on quality control, team training, inventory management, and the creation of new seasonal products. As we’ve recently purchased FlexiBake, the manager will also spearhead the integration of this software system, using it to streamline administrative tasks such as inventory management, ordering, and reporting. The role also includes coordinating the fulfillment of external orders for both online sales and local vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
