Requirements

• 5+ Years Management Experience Preferred
• Food Safety Manager Certification Current
• Train and Be Fully Proficient in Every Bakery Position
• Ability Lift 50 lbs
• Ability to Be on Feet 8-10 Hours Per Day
• Be On-Call for Bakery as Designated
• Maintain Good Driving Record for Deliveries
• Have Holiday Availability: New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
• Ability to Attend Offsite Events
• Possess a strong sense of teamwork
• Has integrity and genuine care for others' needs
• Takes initiative
• Fits the brand culture
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Attention to detail and works well under pressure
• Multi-tasking ability and strong sense of urgency
• Strong sales ability

Responsibilities

• Management Shifts: Daily Operations, Cash Management/Bank Deposits, Assist with Inventory/Ordering, Staff Huddles, Employee Information Board
• Human Resources: Staffing, Recruitment/Training, Disciplinary Action, Staff Meetings/Communications, Staff Recognition including Celebrations/Birthdays
• Corporate Accounts/Community Involvement: Contracting Corporate/Wedding Orders
• Holiday Prep and Operations
• Marketing Events Business Visits
• Vendor Contracts
• Bakery Equipment Maintenance
• Food Safety and Compliance
• Work in Any and All Positions of the Bakery as Required
