In this role, your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the Bakery Manager to facilitate smooth and efficient operations. Managing inventory by ordering, displaying, and maintaining bakery items. Assisting in training, developing, and motivating Associates to foster a cohesive and high-performing team. Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards, adhering to proper food-handling protocols. Providing friendly and exceptional service to all customers. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in a managerial role, showcasing your ability to inspire and guide others effectively
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Possess business acumen and excellent time management skills.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of and commitment to food safety practices.
• Ability to work in varied temperature-controlled environments, including refrigerators and freezers.
• Strong attention to detail, business acumen, self-motivation, and the capability to work independently.
• Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including nights and weekends, to support operational needs.
