About The Position

Cosentino's Price Chopper #104 in Blue Springs, MO, is seeking a highly
motivated Bakery Manager-In-Training. This full-time, hourly position offers
excellent benefits and paid training. The ideal candidate will possess strong
leadership qualities and a passion for the bakery industry. This role requires a
commitment to providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and
ensuring the bakery operates efficiently and profitably. The Bakery
Manager-In-Training is expected to learn all aspects of bakery operations,
including sales, merchandising, and loss prevention, while upholding the highest
ethical standards. Must be willing to work any shifts starting as early as 6am
until 10pm including weekends and holidays. The ability to travel to other
locations required. Additional skills such as baking and cake decorating would
be helpful however we will train.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of retail sales principles.
• General knowledge of bakery operations and product knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated honesty and integrity.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent detail-oriented skills.
