Bakery manager must possess reasonable knowledge in storing, preparing, and maintaining bakery products, as well as demonstrate competency in inventory control, ordering and receiving product, and labor management. Strong organizational skills, as well as prioritizing multiple tasks are required. Manager is responsible in setting an example in providing attentive and courteous customer service.
