This role ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, maintains product quality and freshness, and optimizes inventory management. The Bakery Lead does not have direct supervisory responsibilities over team members but plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence and supporting overall bakery success. A valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification is required and must be maintained in good standing. BJ’s covers any applicable cost associated and training.
