As a Bakery Department Lead, you will support the Bakery Department Manager in making everyday eating extraordinary for guests. You will assist in leading your team with care and purpose, ensuring every guest feels welcome and the department looks its best. This role involves working alongside your team and manager, providing teaching and coaching for growth, and celebrating successes. You will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations, quickly solving problems, and stepping in as acting manager when needed. This position reports to the Bakery Department Manager and fosters a culture of leadership, hospitality, excellence, and teamwork.
