We are looking for a high-energy leader to step into the spotlight as our local Bakery Manager/Cake Celebrity. The Role: As the leader of our bakery, you are the heart of our operations. You will:

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or food service.
• A passion for delivering superior guest experience and building lasting relationships.
• Full-time availability and flexible scheduling, ensuring shifts are covered as needed
• Must be comfortable working in a hands-on leadership environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Inspire the Team: Lead a crew of 15–25 team members, fostering a fun, upbeat, and inclusive environment.
• Master Operations: Manage everything from high-volume holiday schedules to inventory levels and P&L targets.
• Make Genuine Connections: Serve as a brand ambassador, engaging with local businesses, schools, and organizations to “Bring the Joy” to the community.
• Ensure Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of quality and presentation for our signature cakes.
