This position involves completing a comprehensive training program lasting between 4 to 12 weeks, with internal training spanning 4 to 6 weeks and external training lasting 8 to 12 weeks. The role requires traveling within the division to provide training and relief as needed. The primary focus is on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, while also ensuring a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return. The position is responsible for achieving sales and profit goals set for the department and monitoring all established quality assurance standards. Additionally, the role includes directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities within the department, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Bakery, and promoting a culture of full, fresh, and friendly service among associates.
