This position involves completing a comprehensive training program lasting between 4 to 12 weeks, with internal training spanning 4 to 6 weeks and external training lasting 8 to 12 weeks. The role is designed to prepare the individual for a department manager position, which includes traveling within the division to train and provide relief as needed. The focus is on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return. The individual will be responsible for achieving sales and profit goals established for the department while monitoring and controlling all quality assurance standards. Additionally, the role requires directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the department, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Bakery, and embracing the company's core values.
