This position involves completing a 4-12 week training program, with 4-6 weeks of internal training and 8-12 weeks of external training, in preparation for a department manager role. The selected candidate will travel within the division to train and provide relief as needed. The focus will be on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, while also establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return. The role includes achieving sales and profit goals for the department and monitoring all established quality assurance standards. Additionally, the candidate will direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the department, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Bakery.
