The Bakery/Dept Leader is responsible for embracing the Customer 1st strategy to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. This role involves establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals, monitoring quality assurance standards, and directing, supporting, and supervising all functions of the Bakery department. The leader is also expected to role model the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
