About The Position
As a Food & Beverage Team Leader at Target, you will be responsible for providing a fresh, full, and food-safe shopping experience for guests. You will lead a team to ensure that products are fresh, in stock, and accurately priced. This role involves understanding sales goals, executing daily/weekly workloads, and maintaining food safety standards. You will also be involved in guest service, team development, and operational efficiency within the Food & Beverage department.
