Requirements

At least 17 years old (required to operate mixing equipment)
Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
No previous bakery experience necessary
If scheduled for closing shifts, you must be available until 10:45 pm on weeknights or 11:45 on Friday and Saturday nights (this is important for high school students to discuss with parents before applying)
