This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests. As a member of the Culinary Team, this position will prepare Viennoiserie and specialty items according to the menu and Executive Pastry Chef in large and small quantities. Assist the Head Baker, Assistant Baker and Jr. Sous Chef as necessary. Follow direction of the Executive Pastry Chef and Head Baker in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste, and production.
