About The Position

The Baker’s Helper is integral to daily bakery operations, involving tasks from preparing dough and glazing pastries to assisting with baking from start to finish. This role collaborates with the Bakery Sales Manager to plan production, gather ingredients, and meticulously follow recipes. Key responsibilities include applying icing, monitoring oven temperatures, and ensuring product quality. The position also requires providing excellent customer service, offering product information, answering questions, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
