The Bakery Clerk position involves proofing and baking unfinished bakery goods, unpacking and displaying products, and maintaining cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department. Team members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies, act with honesty and integrity, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. The role also involves delivering service excellence to members, resolving concerns, and ensuring a safe and positive member experience. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and GOLD Club Standards (Grand opening look daily, all items stocked, accurate signage, clean and organized) is expected. The clerk should also understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department.
