No experience required. On-the-job training provided. Provide excellent customer service, address the needs of customers in a timely and effective manner. Multitask between daily production and customer service. Monitor stock levels in the backroom, display cases, and tables. Stock and rotate (FIFO method) products and check expiration dates to ensure food safety throughout the department. Take orders for events and holidays to meet customer requests with attention paid to special details. Will to learn how to make specialized products such as fruit tarts, eclairs, and cannoli. Work with box cutters, knives, cash registers, espresso machines, ovens, mixers, etc. in a safe manner. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customers and company policies. Protect the safety of oneself, co-workers, and customers at all times, and reports safety-related accidents and incidents to management immediately.
