About The Position

As a Baker, the role involves a dynamic daily routine focused on baking a variety of products such as breads, cookies, and pastries, as well as creating fancy desserts and decorating cakes. A key aspect of the position is customer interaction, where the Baker takes pride in their creations and engages with customers. The job requires working with various bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers, ensuring all products meet high standards of quality, freshness, and safety. Additionally, the Baker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and stocking of display cases and shelves.
