About The Position

Raley's is hiring a fearless, accountable, positive, and passionate Bakery Clerk. This role involves executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the store, including checking and bagging groceries, and providing a memorable experience to all customers. A Clerk is a responsible team player, eager to learn, capable of working at a fast pace, and possesses a keen eye for safety. They will assist with an assortment of duties across the store, primarily in the Food Service Department but also in other departments as needed. Requirements

• Friendly and customer service oriented
• Self-motivated, with a high attention to detail, quality and presentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
• Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read, understand and follow through on verbal and written directions
• Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy
• Must be 18 years of age
• No disciplinary action during the past 6 months (for current Raley's Employees)
• Keen eye for safety

Responsibilities

• Executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the store, including checking and bagging groceries
• Providing a memorable experience to all customers
• Operating a register and accurately handling customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
• Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
• Assisting with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed
• Maintaining Safety and Sanitation standards throughout the store
• All other related duties as assigned
