About The Position

The Bakery Clerk role at Kroger focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and encouraging other associates to do the same. As a Bakery team member, you are responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment to encourage customer returns. You will assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Most importantly, you are expected to demonstrate Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
