Requirements

• Ability to effectively deal with guests and personnel.
• Strong understanding of baking and pastry production.
• Knowledge of foodservice operations.
• Follow all safety requirements and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Follow recipes and production lists to produce high-quality pastry and bakery items.
• Maintain cleanliness in bakery prep areas and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Oversee inventory and stock management on the sales floor.
• Assist guests with finding items and taking special orders.
• Maintain food safety logs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support bakery associates with daily responsibilities and maintain organization.
• Honor commitments with regular attendance and timely notice for absences.
