About The Position

The Bakery/Bake-Off Baker position at Smith's Food and Drug is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. This role involves establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment to encourage customer returns. Bakers will assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals and monitor all established quality assurance standards. They are expected to embrace the Customer 1st strategy, deliver excellent customer service, and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.
