About The Position

The Bakery Associate at Gigi's Cupcakes is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting in the preparation and sale of a variety of baked goods. Requirements

• Must have service experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment
• Must be able to effectively communicate with peers, customers, and management
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
• Must have a flexible 'can do' attitude and remain professional during all situations
• Must be willing to be cross-trained on all positions

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a bakery setting (1 year preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through adhering to Gigi's Customer Service Standards
• Responsible for maintaining overall store cleanliness
• Must be on time for scheduled shifts, dressed in proper uniform and ready to work prior to clocking in
• Assist with and prep kitchen work as needed
