Purpose: To assist and oversee the pastry and bread production of GreenStar’s Central Kitchen operation. To work with the Bakery Manager to meet objectives for sales, margin, and product development and to prepare items that keep cases fully stocked and appealing. Effectively supervise bakery staff, while holding them accountable for production goals, with support from the bakery manager. Serve as a member of the Prepared Foods Management Team responsible for providing leadership and vision to help achieve organizational goals.
