Adheres to production schedules, work flow, and demands of the pastry shop. Adheres to all specs in all recipes and food apportionment. Maintains excellent kitchen hygiene conditions at all times. Has knowledge of all state health department regulations and ensures all conditions and standards are met. Assists in preparation, apportionment, and garnishment of basic baked goods, desserts, and confections. Performs all other duties as assigned.
