About The Position
Crumbl Cookies is seeking passionate individuals who enjoy baking and are eager to create memorable experiences through their delicious cookies. As a part of our team, you will be involved in the entire cookie-making process, from reading and understanding our unique recipes to measuring and combining ingredients using mixers and ovens. You will also be responsible for decorating and displaying the finished products, ensuring that they meet our high food safety and quality standards. Customer interaction is a key part of this role, as you will greet customers, answer their questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional service. We pride ourselves on creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, and we need team members who are dedicated to upholding these values while also being passionate about baking. At Crumbl Cookies, we believe that our reputation for incredible tasting cookies is built on the dedication of our team members. We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled in baking but also have a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain a positive attitude, create emotional connections with guests, and encourage others to follow our vision and values. The ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to communicate effectively in English. We welcome applicants who are at least 16 years of age and are willing to work a flexible schedule. Physical demands include the ability to lift and carry weights ranging from 10 to 55 lbs and to be on your feet for several hours at a time. While prior experience is preferred, it is not necessary, as we provide paid training to help you succeed in this role.
