Job Summary Baker Reports to: Bakery ManagerFunction: To produce all bakery goods of the highest qualityEssential Responsibilities and Duties:Work up and mix up products from recipes or prepared mixesSet ovens, bake product and monitor the baking processOperate and maintain all department equipmentDetermine quantities of ingredients needed to orderUnload and verify deliveriesPerform all functions of bakery clerk when necessaryConstantly monitor temperatures in freezer and cooler areasFollow all company policiesPerform other duties as directedMust be 18 years of age or older Physical Demands:Work safely around ovensStand on feet, bend, stoop or walk for the majority of the time on dutyWork in freezer and/or cooler for short periods of timeLift cases/containers of product up to 40 pounds FT Benefits:Medical / Vision / PrescriptionDental401K with Company matchPaid Vacation / HolidaysCompany paid Life InsuranceCompany paid Short / Long Term DisabilityVoluntary Benefits Available20 % Employee discount
