About The Position

At Noah’s New York Bagels, a friendly gathering place since 1989, we are committed to serving fresh-baked bagels and food you feel good about eating. We also prioritize work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm, ensuring no evening or night shifts. We are looking for a Baker, who is essential to our business, arriving early (as early as 3AM) to bake our signature bagels. Bakers ensure quality products are available, stock the bagel wall and pastry case, and work as a team to provide excellent guest service, including order taking and sandwich making. They also maintain a safe and clean store environment. If you enjoy making people’s mornings and growing in your career, we encourage you to join our team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve
• Keep a safe and clean store environment
