About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the Dietary Manager. The Baker performs a variety of Food Service duties, as well as other related tasks.

Requirements

  • High School or Graduate Equivalency Exam preferred
  • Will have a basic understanding of safety and sanitation regulations relative to Food Service Operations and procedures following HACCP Guidelines.
  • Will have knowledge of dessert and pastry production.
  • Knows how to read written instructions well.
  • Knows how to follow oral instructions.
  • Further training in quantity dessert preparation techniques and sanitation procedures.
