About The Position

At Noah’s New York Bagels, a friendly gathering place since 1989, the company is committed to serving fresh-baked bagels and food that customers feel good about eating. The Baker role is crucial, as they are responsible for baking the bagels that define the brand. Bakers arrive early, sometimes as early as 3 AM, to prepare the bagels. The team also focuses on providing excellent guest service, assisting with order taking and sandwich making, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The company encourages career growth.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (only required at specific locations)

Responsibilities

Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
Keep a safe and clean store environment
Bake bagels
