Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients to make bagels and bread from scratch.
• Measure and mix ingredient for recipes.
• Prep and portion products needed to prepare menu items.
• Serves food at proper temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen at all times to ensure efficient and safe performance of all duties.
• Keeps food waste at a minimum.
• Receive and check-in truck orders.
• Handle 50lbs of flour
• Follows safe and sanitary food handling practices.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the Leader.
