About The Position

Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods during overnight shifts for morning service. Follow established recipes, measurements, and baking procedures to ensure consistency and quality. Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance to meet presentation standards. Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in accordance with food safety standards. Properly store ingredients and finished products. Assist with inventory of baking ingredients and notify management of shortages.

Requirements

  • Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight and early morning shifts
