About The Position

The company prioritizes work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. They are seeking a Baker, a crucial role responsible for baking bagels. Bakers typically arrive early (as early as 3 AM), often enjoying music or podcasts while they work. The position also involves ensuring quality products are available by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, providing excellent guest service through order taking and sandwich making, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy (if driver's license is required at specific locations)

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations)

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Keep a safe and clean store environment
• Bake bagels
