About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, the company has been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995, aiming to spread joy and happiness through their products. They prioritize work-life balance for their team, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. The Baker is a crucial role, being the first to arrive at the bakery (as early as 2 AM) to bake the bagels. This position involves ensuring the availability of quality products, assisting with guest service, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 2am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law

Nice To Haves

• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations)
• Meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
• Provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Keep a safe and clean store environment
